This project was on a new build property. The ground was not the best and the ground workers had cocked the plans up, so all the properties on side of the estate had huge sloped gardens. The excavation resulted in us removing over 20 tonnes of aggregate. In total, we used 50 railway sleepers using them for flower beds and constructing a retaining wall out of them. They were fixed to concrete fence posts using coach bolts. Indian stone was used for the paved areas and one of our premium range artificial turfs for the grassed areas. We also installed drainage systems and lighting in the flower beds.
