1. Consultation

The journey begins with a garden design consultation visit by one of our designers. We ask a lot of questions to gather a real sense of your vision by surveying the landscape, discussing ideas, assessing the ground and weighing up a budget. Following this meeting we will draw up a preliminary design brief for your approval.

2. Calculations

Once all plans are approved we start costing the full build to provide you with a Fee Proposal which is a fixed price (unless changes have been requested). Our fully costed quotations provide a full breakdown of every stage of the project with associated costs including a budget for planting, labour and apparatus required

3. Confirmation

With the quotation agreed, we can begin to fine-tune the details of your project and ensure that you’re 100% satisfied. At this point we will provide a full time-scale for the project with target dates and finalise the garden design process in accordance with your individual requirements before the final proposal is presented and agreed upon.

4. Construction

At this stage the garden landscaping process can begin, the garden design becomes a reality! The materials will be arriving and solid foundations for the new design will be put in place. Construction can then begin, with walls and steps usually coming first, garden features second, and fountains next. The final part will be any paved areas and planting.

5. Completion

After our final quality checks and thorough tidy of the work space, we present your beautifully designed and expertly crafted new garden. We love seeing our finished results as much as you do and want to keep them stunning for as long as possible which is why we offer a 6-month check-up as part of our offer.
