Restoring Old Depressing Garden £8700

The use of warm colours And a mix of materials helped us transform this tired old depressing garden into a place the customer can sit and relax in. They didn’t want just all paving but strongly wanted to stay clear of muddy grass. So we advised on some artificial turf.

Working with levels £13500

This project was on a new build property. The ground was not the best and the ground workers had cocked the plans up, so all the properties on side of the estate had huge sloped gardens. The excavation resulted in us removing over 20 tonnes of aggregate.

Small but effective garden design – £8,700

Although the garden is fairly small we, alongside the customer, used a number of different materials and colours to make this garden look the way it does today. Porcelain seating area and then stepping down once again on to the artificial lawn. Finished with some screening.

Driveway Transformation Formby – £15,500

This is a driveway to be proud of. We were really pleased with the result. The wall was erected using Marshalite® Pitch Faced walling with Drivesett® coping and pillar caps. For the drive itself, we used a combination of Symphony porcelain flags and Drivesett® block, all supplied by Marshalls.

This project in Childwall was for a couple with teenage children and two dogs so they needed some were to accommodate get-togethers and also be pet-friendly.

Long narrow garden makeover project with an outhouse, insulated & wired, with windows. Budget £18,000. A well designed garden can add 20% to your property value. We used Marshall’s copper symphony porcelain paving for the patio, the walkway to the seating area and the side alleyway.

Patio & Lawn Project. We used a modern design as the property was a new build. For the patio we used Marshall’s arrento cream vitrified paving. This is a good mid-range value for money and quite a popular choice. We supplied & installed top quality, best artificial grass in Liverpool. Budget £12,000.

Huge driveway redesign – £14,000

Huge driveway redesign project. Budget £14,000. We dug it out and started from scratch we used natural Indian stone in the autumn range. In order for the garden not to look to one dimensional, we installed a rectangular centerpiece in the middle and turfed it with locally sourced natural grass.

A new life to a garden – £16,000

New life to a garden. Lawn & Patio complete transformation. This was a project we took joy in doing. A full landscape design was needed. We removed old flags, gravel and run down turf. Our designer worked with the customer to give this garden a character.

Driveway Installation – £7000

Driveway Design & Installation for £7000. We lifted and removed the old, cracked concrete paving slabs, replacing them with Marshall’s standard red block with a border of Marshall’s pennant grey block. We also installed a drainage system at the bottom of the driveway.

Massive Garden Redesign – £18,000

Massive Transformation and Redesign of Garden for £18,000. Digging and removing of aggregate. Porcelain flags and bespoke built-in benches for alley and patio. Kids playing area made of real turf and a fence to finish it off.

Grass and patio upgrade – £11,000

Grass and patio upgrade for £11,000 using Indian Flagstone for the patio and steps. We used locally sourced real turf, natural stone blocks to make a circular shaped lawn and created a raised flower bed out of red brick.

Another landscape design – £5,000

Garden patio landscape design with Artificial Grass & Indian Stone with a special weather proof pointing compound to last years & withstand harsh conditions. We then used indian stone block to divide the flags and artificial grass, that we supplied and fitted.

Grass and Driveway Redesign – £5,000

Grass and driveway redesign in Liverpool. This was a full driveway redesign. After the dig out and removal of the aggregate. We used Marshalls drive set tegula block paving. The customer wanted some greenery so we installed a small turfed area.

Decking before and after – £4,425

Here the customer wanted their full rear garden decked. The customer selected western red cedar wood for the decking boards. They also wanted to keep there shrubs and plants so the decking was designed in order for the customer to still have greenery in the garden.
